Artist, designer, and visionary is an Orangeburg, South Carolina native. Patro currently resides in Anderson, South Carolina where he is the owner of Haus of Art his personal Art Studio. Patro adopted the name Pero, pronounced P-ro, from his grandfather Louis Berry. Pero attended grade school in Orangeburg, Hardeeville, and Ridgeland, SC. At an early age Pero started turning heads as people begin noticing his Art work. Pero was often referred to as “the boy that can draw.” He quickly became the go to man for art work at school and in the community. Pero has received numerous awards for his gift. Some of these accolades afforded him the opportunity to attend Claflin University, where he majored in Studio Art. While attending Claflin, Pero established himself as Mr. Original, wearing clothing he personally created and customized. Pero wanted more people to appreciate his gift, and as a result he began creating and customizing clothing. That garments began to gain attention, which led Pero to launch his own line of Collections from Clothing to Murals. His passion and persistence has afforded him the opportunity to have his art work seen on national television, in major magazines, worn by celebrities, and featured in blogs.
